Bhanot Engineer’s was hired to provide construction scheduling services for the following projects for Maryland Department of Public Safety and Corrections:​

• 192 Cell Unit Addition / Renovation of Support Spaces, Hagerstown, MD. Const cost $ 36 Mil.

• Replacement of Steam Distribution System, Maryland Correctional Training Center, Hagerstown, MD. Const cost $ 26Mil.

• North Branch Correctional Institute Upholstery Shop, Cumberland, MD, Const cost$ 4.4 Mil.

• Fire Safety Improvements and Window Replacement  at Patuxent Institution, Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, Jessup, MD. Const cost $ 11 Mil.

• WCI Vocational Educational Building, Western Correctional Institution, Alleghany County, MD. Const cost $ 11 Mil

 

Scheduled updates using Primavera, were reviewed to determine that the above individual project’s were progressing within acceptable contract requirements. Resource analysis was performed for continuity, appropriate logic relationships, progress, and conformity with the contract requirements. Critical path and Total float analysis were performed and also schedule was reviewed to compare with previous months/ schedule updates/ master schedule.
